Although it’s implied by the door’s electronic lock that one can use a keycard to enter, we haven’t found one, and you don’t actually need one. The only way to enter room 207 in the Grand Carphatian hotel is by climbing your way to the room’s balcony.
Before you can reach the window, you must first gain access to the corridor where the room is located. A security guard is stationed at the only entrance to the corridor, and the only way to get past him is by creating a distraction. While you can simply fire a dart at the guard to make him leave his position, you can distract him without spending any of your resources.
On the left side of the corridor, beside the door, there’s an armor set. If you get closer to it, the option to break it will appear. This can only be done if there are no witnesses nearby, so wait for the NPCs in the area to move away before interacting with the armor. The noise will be enough to distract the guard, giving you plenty of time to enter the corridor.
Once in the corridor, your next step is to head to the end and hang over the large window. From there, move to the large balcony on the right, where a couple is arguing. You will need to make your way across to the other side of the balcony while hanging from its edge to avoid being seen. It’s only when you reach the right side that you can vault up and enter the balcony.
The door to the room will be closed, and the only way to enter is by kicking it open. Doing so will draw the attention of the man inside. Prepare to either spend a bluff point when he talks to you or quickly shoot a dart at him. You complete the “Do Disturb” challenge as soon as you enter. Make sure to barge in and quickly distract him with a bluff or one of your gadgets, otherwise he will try to fight you. You won’t complete the challenge if you fight the man and leave him unconscious before entering room 207.
